Tiramisu Brownie low-Carb | KetoDiet Blog
Tiramisu or brownies? Why both! Tiramisu is one of my favorite things. This is a mixed dessert that will go lightly!
These Kira Tiramisu Brownies are very damaging. You have a simple base of ice cream that ends with an espresso then a swirl of whipped cream and an espresso powder. You can also use cocoa powder or a mixture of espresso powder and cocoa powder for your toppings, of your choice.
Is Dark Chocolate Healthy?
We use 90% dark chocolate but any dark chocolate with at least 85% cacao is a good low-carb option. Although there is a lot of low carb sugar, carb intake is low and is one of the most important ingredients you can use when you follow a low carb diet. You can also use sugar-free chocolate (dark, milk or white if you can get it) with stevia or inulin.
