We keep low-carb and keto easy with a new recipe!

This small recipe almond flour muffin recipe is fast becoming my go-to! It is quick and easy without the rich ingredients needed, and the resulting muffins with no grease are soft.

I love vanilla muffin so I keep these in plain view, but you can jazz them with some berries, or put them with some kind of cool sauce for something good. Or, lightly brush it with a little cinnamon on the sweet carb.

These muffins also serve as the perfect base for the keto stuff so they are often sweet enough to add any cold sugar, buttercream or chocolate on top.

If you can't eat nuts, the easiest way to replace the fourth wheat is to use the same amount of sunflower.

If you want to substitute wheat and coconut flour, you need to reduce the amount to about one-third. To do this, change 2 1/Second cups (250 g / 8.8 oz) almond flour with Second/3 cup (80 g / 2.8 oz) of coconut oil, plus two additional eggs.

What is the Best Car-Carb Diet to Use in Keto Muffins?

We use high-grade Erythritol which is about 70% sweet as sugar. You can also use Swerve although you will need to use a touchpad as much as Swerve is as sweet as sugar. There are other options and options that you can use (a full list of satisfying carb options is available and our sweet potato chart is here) and even a mont dessert or brown sugar alternative will work.

What Do I Use to Replace Gluten in Muffins?

We kept this recipe simple but you can add a spoonful of unsweetened protein or vanilla whey, or white protein. This will reduce the solids and make the burner, less muffins.

If you want to take it in advance, use a white egg white to add value to your muffins. To do this, divide the eggs and beat the egg white. Gently massage it into the watery white skin after mixing the water with dry ingredients, trying not to waste the batter.

Description: To make these keto mupoins, you can use a silk muffin. If you use paper cups, be sure to lubricate the body as they may stick.
