Small Cosmetic Dietary Food
Life can work well and while keeping, simple food is essential for eating a diet.
And it's not for me. Even as a food cooker I do not always have time to cook. But instead of eating a regular diet, I have a regular time to help me stay. When I was short of time, I started to build the next protein. To do this I can turn off a simple, easy-to-use fire, Instant Pot or make a big deal of meatballs.
They do not always have the tools because I prefer to keep them as well – and they do not hesitate to plan anyway. But you can trim, chop and even cook them and keep in refrigerator for many days.
If you do not care about eating one meal for a few days, just make a big mistake. But if you want to get a lot of money, you will have to work in different colors. And do not forget to increase your diet to keep eating by using sauce, mayonnaise, olive oil or avocado.
This is a fast-driving car for easy and efficient installation of equipment. Make only meat, food and vegetables repair on Sunday and have a healthy healthy diet for the week! If you are cooking for extra people, twice as well. Or if you cook only for yourself and do not want to eat meat every day, freeze them later (either cooked or raw).
I used Parmesan in bread instead of flour to make meatballs suitable for ketogenic eating. Not only do they meat but it adds to their flavor. I hope you guys enjoy!

Ingredients (make 5 servings)
Meatballs:
- 500 g ground chicken or turkey (1.1 lb)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (90 g / 3.2 oz)
- 1 large egg
- 1 garlic garlic, minced
- fresh zest of lime
- 2 tsp dried Italian greens or 2 tbsp each chopped gourmet
- 1/2 salt dip
- 1/4 black tsp black
- 2 tbsp ghee or duck fat (30 g / 1.1 oz)
Lunch:
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced (250 g / 8.8 oz)
- 1 1/4 tomato 2-3 or 2-3 tomato tomatoes, chopped (188 g / 6.6 oz)
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced (164 g / 5.8)
- 1 small onion onion, sliced (60 g / 2.1 oz)
- 1 large green sparkle such as abundant butter or romaine (250 g / 8.8 oz)
- 3/4 cup vegetable tomatoes & basil (3 tbsp / 45 ml per serving)
- 5 tsp extra virgin olive oil (25 ml)
Instructions
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients to meatballs: chicken in the soil, Parmesan chocolate, egg, plenty of garlic, sweet lemon, herbs, salt and pepper.
- Use your hands, create small meat (25 ounces of meat) (about g / oz each).
- Heat a large skillet greased with ghee on high heat. Once the heat, reduce to medium-high and add meatballs. Cook for about 2 minutes or until it dries it and turns one side using a fork. Cook for 2 minutes or until it is cooked. When done, save.
- Peel and slice cucumber, stop the tomatoes and chopped peppers. Peel a slice of onion.
- To collect rubbish, double lettuce go out in the 5 Tupperware containers or boxes. Add vegetables. If you do this for a meal, you can store vegetables, meat and sauce in 3 and 9 containers before serving.
- To serve, add meat (5 in each bowl) and pick up with tomatoes & basil dressing, 3 tablespoons and slap. Drizzle with meatballs with olive oil. Eat immediately or gently for a day.
