I love Indian food, just really like it. This small carb and instant vegetarian ketchup of Palak Paneer is no exception, it is simple, delicious, and packed with pork chops. Theari and green color make it a dinner option for Halloween.

We use Instant Pot in this recipe but you can also use a large regular pot if you do not own and Instant Pot. You'll just have to cook it for a few minutes to break the spinach.

Toasted rice is a simple, easy-to-cook rice to work with Palak Paneer and if you want to make keto bread, I highly recommend it!

This diet adds weight to carbs so keep in mind if your carb limit is too low, especially if you plan to have more than two meals a day.

Ingredients (made 6 times)

Palak cancer:
  • 3 tbsp ghee (45 g / 1.6 oz)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt water, or to taste
  • 1 pepper Serrano or chillies of choice, minced (14 g / 0.5 oz)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (110 g / 3.9 oz)
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced (15 g / 0.5 oz)
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger, about 2.5 cm / 1 inch (6 g / 0.2 oz)
  • 1 small tomato, chopped (100 g / 3.5 oz)
  • 450 g fresh spinach or frozen, frozen & spinach spinach (1 lb)
  • 1/4 cup of water (60 ml / 2 oz)
  • 450 g cheese cheese, cut into 5 cm / 2 inch cubes (1 lb)
Cumin cauliflower rice:
  • 2 tbsp ghee (30 g / 1.1 oz)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 cauliflower, metals (720 g / 1.6 lb)
  • pinch of sea salt, to taste

The instructions

  1. Setup Potato Potato to Sauté. Place the ghee in the pot, once hot add the spices and sauté for 30 minutes.
  2. Fry in Serrano pepper, onion, garlic, ginger, and tomato cook for 3-4 minutes until soft. (Depending on the desired temperature you can use any other cold or hot ingredients).

  3. Add the spinach and water to the pot and place the lid, cancel Sauté work and turn to Manual, high pressure for 1 minute. Apply a quick release and then mix using a drain spoon to soften.

  4. Stir in the pineapple and salt with salt to taste. Leave on a good workout while you are ready for white rice.

  5. Put the fiber into the food processor and use grating or S-wert fish, process until it is cooked again (do not stop using if S water is used).
  6. Place the ghee in a large skillet. Once hot, add spices and spices for 30 hours, add the cauliflower rice and cook until the water has evaporated and the rice has dried. Toss with salt to taste.
