  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp healthy lime zest, organic
  • small clusters of fresh parsley, about 1/4 cup chopped (15 g / 0.5 oz)
  • 2 tbsp ghee, coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil (30 ml)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice & olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1/2 sweet sting, or taste
  • 1/4 tsp peppers peppers, or taste

Instructions
