Most of us think our weight is the major problem that needs to be solved.

I agree with the whole heart.

As we look forward to our future and middle-level responsibilities, we can not focus on any self-control aspects that are not associated with taking our body.

I would be better for myself once I lose weight.

I'll start walking (or go to the yoga list) once I lose weight.

I will buy modest clothes once I lose weight.

I'll eat what pleases the body in the body once I lose weight.

I will publish this holiday once I lose weight.

I'll stop myself once I lose weight.

In fact, we ignore our needs and abilities until we feel that we "deserve" lose weight.

This is the one who drinks very well.

What makes the body a good body and a lasting peace is not a weight, but You can work with yourself right now and no matter what you're doing.
