These stars are inspired by some cookies prepared by the shepherds around us every year in Christmas.
They have rich, sweet-and-flavor, and are actually making cookies with minimal brown sugar. I used Gold Clips here to taste this taste again in these holiday cookies.
I'm making a psyllium husk powder by adding some husks to the dietary diet and blitzing until it looks like powder.
