Light baked milk and Bulgariis
This recipe consists of blue and purple beans that are high in fiber, protein, phytonutrients, and it is easy to prepare. Work with nails, shawls!
- 1 Cup cotton (dry)
- 1 1/2 cups cooked beans (1 can, washed liquid)
- 1 14.5 ounce they can shed the fire, cut down tomatoes
- 1 small tomato sauce, chopped
- 1 medium-sized potatoes, scrubber or peeled vegetables (change 1/2 lb or green)
- 2 cloves of garlic, well drained (replace 1/2 garlic powdered garlic)
- 1 teaspoons a storm on the ground

- 2 1/2 cups low vegetable broth

Release your oven at 375F. Mix all the ingredients in the Dutch oven, cooked dishes with a lid, or other container with a lid. Cover and bake for 35 minutes. Remove the lid and bake another 10 minutes.
Whilst the animal is baking (or before the time) make the citrus lemonade. To serve, pour out humidity and enjoy luxury!
To slow the cooking time up to 25 minutes and 5 inches, remove the sweet potato or replace the fast-cut vegetables (such as apple or green beans).
This recipe is a real choice for food preparation / cooking, as you can swim in the oven while you are making or preparing for anything you need. It generates generous portions: Suffice it to a four-day dinner (it's easy to serve, light and clinking vegetables) or six ingredients if you use a tray for something more important.
