Gozlemes is one of our family treasures, full of many memories as they have been incorporated into many generations. This recipe reminds me of family, laughter and love, through not only my rich history but my childhood memories.

Ingredients (made 4 times)
Filling:
- 250 g beef (8.8 oz)
- 1/8 tsp turmeric
- 1/8 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp taking paprika
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp dry basil
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp dry rosemary
- 1/Second tsp dry oregano
- 1 tbsp tomato paste (15 g / 0.5 oz)

- 1 cup sharedred baby spinach leaves (60 g / 2.1 oz)
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled (3.5 oz)

The instructions
