Apparently, I might be a little hesitant because I recently saw a post from my keto friend using a 90 second baking.

I was like, “What is this magical food?” And I did some research. Nice shot. I am cooking, creating and eating 90-degree loaves of bread for that.

It is fast, comfortable and durable and (Duh) only takes 90 seconds to do. I added a teaspoon of Swerve as well 1/4 spoon of cinnamon to a standard 90 second recipe to make this base.

This little carb and butter is so close to what I don't think most people would even know is keto. Serve with thick ice cream or keto ice cream. Enjoy!

The instructions
