As we settle into the last week of February, I always like to take a moment to think about what works and does not work in relation to my goals for the new year. It helps me encourage things that are going well and get frustrated where I don't live up to my expectations. Personally, I am happy to report that the good things about eating healthy NATIONAL food are all I need to be active. That's where I focus on getting into March. What's good for you?
