Easy Low-Carb Veggie Ranch Salad
This simple low-carb veggie Ranch Cucumber Onion Salad is a summer BBQ perfect! It's okay with all meat, burgers, salads, you name. I want crunch from cucumbers and zippy onions. Do not stop the dill!
If you are taking this BBQ, I recommend placing a glass on top of the ice to prevent cold, mayonnaise and warmth do not fit together but this process will keep it cool and healthy.

Ingredients (make 8 sidebar)
Salad:
- 2 lbs English cucumbers, cut into half months (900 g)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced (100 g / 3.5 g)
- 3 tomato tomatoes, and cut in half a month (185 g / 6.5 oz)

Instructions

- Cut the tomatoes.
- Cook cucumber, dry, put it in a bowl or cook with red, tomato, and dill.
- In a small jars or whisk bowl with a bacon of pork.
- Drink the salad with ranch and serve. Stocks stored in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
