This guacamole is the perfect starter to work with some "corn" chips or other burgers, veggie bars, or use for your favorite taco or burrito.

This non-carb (or cream) salad is full of urine and potassium from avocado, heat from jalapeños and crunch from pepitas.

I listed this kac guacamole with basil that makes a delicious alternative to those who hate the taste of coriander / cilantro, i.e. my colleague! Chopping the chopped parsley also works better than cilantro.

If you are not a fan of spices, simply skip the jalapeños, or use chopped gherkins. If you want more heat, you can use a small chilli instead of jalapeño.

This low carb recipe is very convenient! Makes 6 to 8 desserts (used as a dip), 4 servings, or 2 servants (lunch).
