CULTURE CHILDREN'S CUSTOMER – kitchen
Makes 6 small services
I admit I am not really a fan of butter frosting, but my kids love these. We did not create the seeds overnight, but these are the products we used for cream-like, cream-like. It will look thin at first, but this liquid is absorbed by oats and chia to make the situation stronger. My kids love flogging; but this adds some fiber and protein, and healthy fats that do not have blood sugar incidents.
1 1/2 cups of nut or oat milk
1 cup of yogurt (milk & # 39; s formulas also work!)
2 Tbsp. flax to the ground
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
2-3 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. The vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup of freshly sliced oats
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
a pinch of salt
1 lb. of mixed berries – grapes, chopped vegetables, cherries etc.
tows to nuts
In a large mixing bowl, add the milk, milk-milk, flax cheese, maple and vanilla and mix well. Add the butter, cinnamon, a pinch of salt and mix. Stir in half the berries. You can also stick with the fruits, but I see my children not trying to choose if they are berries that can't bargain there.
Transfer nightclubs to cooking utensils and place them in the refrigerator for two hours or overnight.
The next morning, decorate the remaining fruit, your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Oat cups will keep in the fridge for 3-5 days.
