Crispy Ginger Mackerel Keto Lunch Bowl

Ingredients (make 2 servings)

- 4 tbsp mashed avocado or evaporated hummus (58 g / 2 oz)
Marinade:
- 1 tbsp Grated Ginger (6 g / 0.2 oz)
- 1 tbsp fresh lime or water & lime (15 ml)
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (45 ml)
- 1 tbsp coconut safe (15 ml)
- 1/4 sweet sting, or taste
- 1/8 tsp burst black pepper
Instructions
