I was thinking of this as St. Patrick daily, thanks thanks to the cabbage, but since that day came and left I walked with another simple, flavorful, inspired diet inspired inspiration.

I realized how I made a caramelized machine and the onion pie that I could make more nuts in the summer than in the winter. I think it is not surprising that the pasta is so beautiful that exploding the new tomato, zucchini, eggplant, and other summer produce. This market encouraged me to combine pasta with two vegetables that did not normally deal with the onions and cabbage – and I was surprised to find out how much I loved the results.

Food is very easy to make. Simmer caramel onions and cabbage (I started by cooking onion for five minutes, then add cabbage and allow it all to soften for another ten minutes) and add some vegan bacon if you like it. Olive oil is ideal for caramelizing, but use a little bit of fat vegan diet actually get to the next level.

As you do so, cook with spaghetti, and finally, you share it together. If you like, you can even prepare onion and cabbage before it's time, which can be easily cooked with pasta and mix together as you are ready to eat! Its contents

  • 1 carry it olive oil or butter
  • 1 large yellow onion, lightly sliced
  • 1 a small head (or 1/2 large head) green cabbage, shredded (about 4-5 cups)
  • 1 Cup low-sodium or soup, plus added as needed
  • 3-4 vegan slices slice, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pork smoked (or 1 teaspoon of sweet beverage)
  • 8 ounces pasta selection
  • Oil, taste
  • Black pepper, taste
  • Small red or white balsamic color, choose and taste
  • 4 carry it asparagus, or as desired

Directions

  • Avoid the oil or large oven oil, lots of moderate heat. Add onions. Cook it, stir it all now and then, 5-7 minutes, or until the onions slowly. Add the cabbage, 1 cup of vegetable broth, and vegan seeds if used. Continue feeding vegetables for 10 minutes, stirring often, or until black onions and cabbage is very soft. If all the vegetables dry out, add a little more broth fluid.

  • Although the onion and cabbage caramelize, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

  • When the grains and vegetables are ready, flush the pasta and add the technique. Again, if you mix a bit dry, add more broth fluid. Contaminate in all substances. Taste, then add salt, pepper, and / or vinegar to taste. Prepare the pasta immediately with chopped herbs.
