Cabbage Size Red, Rice & Tofu

The soft machine was a good friend for me in the last 12 weeks of my work.   • ¼ cup
  • 1 – 4 cups of white grain or brown rice *
  • 1-2 teaspoons of soft cider apple, to taste
  • Hot sauce and chopped greens, to cook


  1. Bring in a large saucepan with boiling water. Boil beans for 15 minutes. Drain water.

This is, as my most recent meals are these days, clean and packed in many ways. With a good secretive heat is a light lunch. With large salads or hospitals, it's a dinner. Wholemeal wheat flour or whole wheat flour is a nice breakfast. I am very happy that it will still be available for a week.

And, talking about how it translates, the whole is OK to minimize anything if you like it – and it's a good idea to do if you have a few small boots.
