The thought of these keto chocolate bowls came to me one day and I was just waiting for the right time to use it. These dark chocolate chocolates are perfect for a Christmas dinner or for any good holiday.

These low-carb chocolate bowls are pretty sweet (I promise) to make but look delicious. Even better? I sprayed another whiskey into the mousse to make it more delicate. Enjoy!

Tips and Tricks

We use 90% dark chocolate but any dark chocolate with at least 85% cacao is a bad carb option. Although there is a lot of low carb sugar, carb intake is low and it is one of the most commonly used ingredients when you follow a low carb diet. You can also use sugar-free chocolate (dark, milk or white if you can get it) with stevia or inulin.

The instructions
