- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 15-oz mother pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
- 15-oz can tomato tomatoes, without having to be removed
- 15-oz can lead to bean beans
- ½ yellow onions, diced
- 1 pepper pepper, chopped
- 1 pepper pepper, chopped
- 1 garlic garlic, minced
- 1 ½ Tbsp. Chile powder
- 1 ½ tsp. cumin
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 jalapeno, sliced (optional)
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped (optional)
- Brown brown turkey on medium heat in a large skillet or Dutch oven.
- Add in onion onions, green & yellow pepper, with garlic and 5-8 minutes.
- Stir in tomato, pumpkin puree, red kidney bean. Made with butter, cumin, cinnamon, paprika (salt and pepper to taste).
- Reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes.
- She has a cilantro and / or jalapeno and enjoy it!
White Chicken Chile

- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil sauce
- 1 lb. bees chest, cubed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 large celery, chopped
- 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups sodium chicken broth
- 16-oz. It can make coconut milk
- 15-oz. maynellini may be dissolved, cooked and rinsed
- 2-4.5-oz. Canned and diced green chilies
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. Chile powder
- 2 tsp. salt in the sea
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- In a large pot, coconut hot and add chicken, onion, celery, carrots and garlic. Try some time until cooked.
- Add other ingredients that move until they are combined.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
Chunky Meat & Veggie Chile
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 30 minutes

- 15-oz. canned tomato sauce
- 15-oz. can dip tomatoes
- 15-oz. can bee beans
- 1 lb. ground beef
- ½ yellow onion, chopped
- 2 zucchinis medium, chopped
- 1 cup carrot, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Chile powder
- ½ tsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- In a large pot, boiled brown meat and chopped garlic on hot hot until cooked meat.
- Add onions, carrots, spices to skillet and cook over hot heat for about 5-6 minutes. Next add the zucchini and cook for 2 minutes, it is moving very well.
- Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, tomatoes, beans to a pot and bring to a boil, moving on a regular basis. Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
