How are you all? We are in coronavirus disease. Instead of giving in to panic and fear, let’s think about what we can do to overcome the situation.

There have been a lot of questions that follow through my social media accounts about this global health crisis. I am not a clinical expert and will not attempt to recommend any COVID-19 medical advice.

Instead I would like to share some & # 39; tips that will help you get better during these difficult times.

As he points out, yes important A natural nerve level is needed to manage this global disease. I want to make it clear that I want to break any & # 39; s trade of fear that has nothing to do with putting people’s lives in danger.

Instead of buying more, let’s focus on buying the food we need. Nutrition-rich foods are especially important to maintain a healthy immune system.

Never heard she was pressed on pasta and pasta. Alternatively, check out the tips below and use them as your guide.

Legal Note: I am not affiliated with any of the products and services listed in this post. I do not use link and I do not receive any compensation. All of my recommendations are based on and depend on the products / services I use and / or recommend.

1. Buying online If you have the option

For the sake of others, shop online if you can. Most grocery stores and Amazon will deliver your door. You may also want to check if the farmers in your area offer a delivery service to keep you away from all unsafe trips.

Aside from bringing food, I recommend putting a note at your front door making sure the driver respects the distance not too far. We had such a note at our front door that the driver hit and left all other goods at the front door without waiting for us to open the door.

2. Protect Your Body with Carb Essentials

  • Eggs. They will take several weeks. If you do not have space in your refrigerator, you can keep them at room temperature, just make sure it is exhausted. You can find recipes for low carb using eggs on my blog.
  • Butter, cheese, sour cream, plain yogurt and heavy cream it will take several days. If you have space in the freezer, you can save a lot of butter, cheese and cream for months.
  • Vegetables. The soft green leaves like lettuce will not last long and take up too much space. Instead of leaving vegetables such as zucchini, turnips, cauliflower, rutabaga, asparagus, fennel, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, broccoli and celery. Instead of fresh spinach, get frozen spinach and keep it in the freezer. Tomatoes do not need to be refrigerated and you can store them at room temperature. If some vegetables are close to the expiration date, use them to make soup or starch.
  • Avocados & # 39; can be stored at room temperature for a few days. They will last for a long time in the refrigerator.
  • Meat, fish & seafood including fresh, cured and smoked. Put any clean meat you plan to use in & # 39; over the next few days. Cured and smoked meats including chorizo, pepperoni, pork and mashed fish will last. You can find any low-fat recipes with seafood and seafood here and any keto diet here.

3. Use Your Reducer or Teenager

Battery readings and freezing are a great option to use massage products near their expiration date. Check out our recipe for cooking recipes, slow cooking and cooking tips.

4. Store the freezer with the essential Carb

Before you start, go through the freezer and just buy more food if you have space and need. If you do, buy meat and fish from online vendors (check your supply in your area). Also look at your home garden and outlets like these that seem unlikely to affect what is happening now.

  • Meat, fish & seafood It & # 39; ll be stored up to 3 months.
  • Milk full of fat including butter, cheese and cream will be stored for 4 to 6 months.
  • Vegetables can be stored up to 6 months. Broccoli, green beans, mushrooms, cauliflower and spinach are some good choices. If you have any fresh vegetables that are near the end of their season, you can boil them and freeze them for long storage.
  • Berries such as raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries.

You can also freeze most stews, casseroles and other low-fat recipes that are suitable for freezing.

5. Focus on Negative Negative Steps

It's a good idea to have some of the following foods at home even if you can't buy good food.

  • Canned such as fish, sardines, mackerel, herring, anchovies, canned cod roe and liver cod (the main source of vitamin D).
  • The remaining cans and glass jars including vegetables such as tomatoes and artichokes, sauerkraut, coconut milk, olives, capers, and long-lived mayonnaise.
  • Keto-friendly bars. Be sure to check for preservation information and avoid products that use high blood sugar such as Maltitol, IMOs and Sorbitol. I personally use Keto Bars for good.
  • Beef and pork skin. All options from beef, beef, pork, turkey and even fish.
  • Nuts, seeds and coconut oil. Any nuts, especially macadamias, pecans, almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts. Simmer on Brazilian nuts (1-2 pills will cover your daily needs), pistachios and cashews (large in carbs). You can find more information in our Guide for Low Carb and Seeds.
  • Baking essential oils. Both eggs and seeds will last longer than land. The resulting PUFA oil in walnut and seed, is best to be cooled or cooled. The coconut and baskets can be kept at room temperature and are not required to be cooled.
  • Dark chocolate, fitting 85% and above. I like to serve 100% chocolate with almond oil on top.
  • The Carton segment If you can find it, it will take months. If not, make the town your own. If you are like me, you have several bones in the freezer. In the last 4 days I have done 3 pieces of cauliflower and one & # 39; one fish (using heads and fish heads). To make it easier to save, I lower my bone stock by about 20% of its original size.
  • Good Fats & oils like extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, ghee and oils can be stored for months.
  • Coffee and tea it is not rotten which will take months.

Aside from non-perishable foods, here are a few of the recipes that are perfect for cooking and finishing for weeks:

6. Be Active With Homework

If you live in a rural area, go for a walk but be sure to avoid other people. Where I live and official is the minimum height of 2 meters (6 feet). External light exercises like walking will help you stay physically and mentally healthy.

For years I have been following BodyRockTv on YouTube. They have a ton of quick videos about 10 to 20 minutes from beginners to advanced. For most exercise you do not need any equipment and you can always use what you have at home (water bottle for heavy lifts, chair for dips, etc.). Don’t be fooled as exercise will do more good than good.

If you are most yoga people, check out this YouTube Channel. I can share more tips in the coming weeks.

7. Stay with Al & # 39; our Facebook friends

I know the current situation has to be scary. Being physically present does not mean you have to be isolated. We get that together.

I want to encourage you Get in touch with the Support Team on Facebook and offer your own diet, exercise tips and any other & # 39; s tips that can help others in this difficult time.

8. Meditate

No one should be able to ignore the devastation that can befall us physically and mentally. If like me you are new to meditation and you are not sure where to start, try using an app like Headspace to help you relax and reduce stress levels.

In addition to downloading an app, you can download a song of thought through services like Spotify, Google Play Music or iTunes.

9. Protecting the Self

To help you cope with this stressful time, you & # 39; ll take a class online, download a book or watch a movie to distract yourself from the "thing". Here are a few of my choices:

  • Online learning services such as Skillshare.com or Lynda.com offer classes in business, design, photography, productivity and marketing. I've been using Lynda.com for a long time!
  • What prevents sticking with a new language? There are many programs online like Babel and apps like Duolingo you can download and get started now.
  • Brilliant.org – helps you learn through problem solving. You can build numerical skills in mathematics, science, and computer science with entertainment and advanced research.
  • Book a book online or download an Amazon booklet.
  • Get Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Now TV, etc. There are tons of movies, TV series and program information to entertain you and at home.

10. Helping Those in Need

We are in this together and I believe these are the moments that bring out the best in people.

Not everyone has the ability to get the supplies they need, especially with the regular shopping environment. I have seen bedless shelves in most outlets with no options to deliver home in less than 10 days. This can be especially challenging for the elderly and the underprivileged in society.

If you can, please look for a group of local sponsors and al & # 39; s charities that help those in need. Remember, your first priority is to spread the disease and not put people at risk.

Any other suggestions? Let me know in the comments.

Stay safe!
